Best sync service I have tried.

Pros
Syncs everything. All my files, email accounts, contacts, and multiple calendars. Extremely easy to do manage. Syncs on my Pc, Outlook, Samsung Epic 4G, and iPad. I can access it all from any platform.
Cons
The install comes in parts and it's not automatic. Download as a zip and had to install the two parts individually.
Summary
This review is for the Single Edition of Now2office. The first part of the service is called Now2Office ifolder. This has to be the easiest program I have used to sync my files. Instead of going to a website to upload or putting all my files in one folder, this service allows me to convert any folder in my computer into an ifolder without having to change its location. I can also have as many ifolders as I want. So, I have a separate folder for my documents, my pictures, my music, and other ifolders for other things. All this info syncs up with my devices that have the program installed, keeping everything up to date. Also, even if I don't have the program installed on a certain machine, I can still get it. With the website portal, I can download any files I need, update them, then upload them back into the server. The website portal is the only way you can get your files on mobile devices like smartphones or iPads. It is not the most ideal way to get your files to your phone, but at least you have something. I talked with the company and they said they are working on an app. The second part of the service is called Now2office email. This is a corporate grade email service like Microsoft Exchange. That alone puts major points on the board for me. Every email service I can think of is only a POP3. You have all the things that you need: email, contacts, and calendars. One thing that is missing is a "To Do List." You can use the "Notes" section and make a to-do list, but it would have been nice to see that in there. However, the company did say that feature would be coming in the near future. One thing I hate about other email services is the advertising or the "clunky" interfaces. The interface is very basic with NO advertising and it is extremely efficient. The learning curve for me was very low, because everything was easy to find. The interface looks very similar to older editions of Outlook, which is a good thing. Also, with a plug-in, now2office syncs extremely well with Microsoft Outlook. I am using 2007, and everything (email, contacts, calendar, etc.) synced perfectly. The only thing that didn't sync was the "To-Do" List. This isn't a big problem for me, but it might be for some. Next, the syncing with mobile devices is great. It actually synced all three of my email folders (main and subfolders), all my contacts in their respective groups and all 7 of my calendars. I was extremely surprised to see that all this translated to both my Samsung Epic 4G and my iPad. Note: I did have some trouble syncing some parts of my info onto my Epic 4G, but the company explained to me that there are third party distributors, such as Moxier Mail, that have better "Mail Clients" than what is provided by default. But, the iPad worked absolutely flawlessly from the start. As mentioned in the cons, the biggest drawback for me is the installation. It comes in as a zip file and you have to manually install separate install files. It would be nice if it was in once convenient install executable instead. To install the ifolder was easy and quick. The Outlook plug-in took more time and required a lot more steps than the ifolder, but after that it worked seamlessly. Lastly, Now2office has great support for this service. They have manuals that help walk you through everything from the install to sharing folders with other users. (You cannot share any type of folder with the Single User Edition). Also, they have training videos online to help people who need to see actual demonstrations. I didn't need them, but I know a lot of people who could use them. They only have a few as of right now, but the company did say they are going to be releasing more to cover more subjects. On that note, they had very good technical support. If I any questions, I either called or emailed them and got the answers I needed. In conclusion this is the best sync service that I have used to date. Its drawbacks are that it does not have an app for smartphones (yet), that it does not sync your "To-Do" list (yet), and the install, but this is just nit-picking. From my knowledge, it is the only service that allows me to sync everything on any platform. With a starting price of $10.99 a month, I say go buy it!
