  Pros

  Excellent application for iTunes music once it becomes large like mine, As I have over 11,000 songs found it did its job but please read the Cons before buying!

  DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, Why not - simply put NO support after initial purchase for activation - I bought a new laptop after my last one was DESTROYED - and after multiple attempts to reactivate the application. And no replies to repeated support for reactivation... Either I am being ignored or the author is just greedy....

• Inoperable!

  Pros

  None-it does not work at all. The last upgrade was dated 2012, so I assume changes to iTunes have rendered it useless and no one has fixed it. No response from tech support.

  Cons

  Total waste of money.

• Customer Support

  Pros

  I rate the product itself 4-5 stars because It seems to be a great product (Trial Version) and does at best 90-99% better than TidyMyMusic,Rinse and a couple others.

  Cons

  Poor to no customer support. I've queried them several times asking about NAS support wanting to know if NeatMusic support libraries on NAS and haven't gotten an answer yet.

  Summary

  Overall rating I give is 3-star due to lack of support.

• Best in PC itunes cleaner

  Pros

  I really liked not the app it just works well. Had to get used to using it at first. Added my music album covers in 20 mins, i have quite a big itunes library. Cleanup module was good, i would give it 8.5/10 compared to tuneup media i think neat music did a much better job.

  Cons

  Wish they had automatic cleanup for album covers rather than adding each one by one

  Keep on updating the software, Neatmusic its really a life saver for me

• Dismal rubbish

  Pros

  None- nothing redeeming about it at all

  Cons

  Cant handle anything but mp3 files which web site I now realise is conspicuously evasive on. Didn't even seem to work with those, freezing and crashing all time. 100% guarantee so far worrthless - no replies to any e mails. Avoid lIke the plague..

  Summary

  Set fire to your money - it will be better value than this pile of............ And keep you warm momentarily!!

• Great Artwork Finder Software

  Pros

  My ipod has lots of missing album artwork and i was really frustrated cleaning them up one by one . I download the trail version and did the 50 cleans ups and its just i needed. Neatmusic is really clean interface and was simple to use.

  Cons

  Could do better identifying my music to clean up the missing data.

  Great app to clean up artwork but just ok in cleaning song data

• Decent for album art. Worthless for song ID.

  Pros

  The album art function is good at finding images and then attaching them to the songs on a given album. There are absolutely no 'pros' about the "clean song info" function. It's worthless.

  Cons

  Have I mentioned that this program is worthless for cleaning song info? For a company that brags about some advanced system for identifying songs, they can't even identify songs that I've already identified. I'm talking about songs that everybody knows, like 'Piano Man' by Billy Joel. It's from the album 'Piano Man' and I have it labeled accordingly. Neatmusic? Nope, they can't identify the song. All this nonsense about last.fm and advanced technology is bunk.

  Summary

  If you have a bunch of music that has no album art, this program will save you a ton of searching, copying, and pasting. It may be worth the money just for that, depending on how much music you have. As for the cleanup of music files, I'll bet you can already guess what I think of the program. It's worthless.

  Don't know of any at this time.

  Cons

  The only thing I get are "?"s. I wrote an e-mail, waited three days, wrote another. Waited three days and STILL no response!!! So much for there 24 hr response time. Haven't found a way to get my money back yet.

  Summary

  As far as I'm concerned, these are sorry people to deal with.

• My Favorite iTunes Music Organizer

  Pros

  Neatmusic did a very well cleaning up my iPhone 4S 20GB music library. It was really easy to use. Its great they are using Last.FM music database.

  Cons

  Adding album artwork could be made easier and I wish it could have worked with Windows Media player too.

  Summary

  I happy i found Neat Music and i do recommend it to my friends

• Great Program, But not worth paying for.

  Pros

  Artists and Albums are aligned with iTunes Store catalog. Some Albums are only available in certain countries, meaning Rovi catalogs everything in the iTunes Stores worldwide. I believe cover art comes from Rovi, Last.fm and Amazon.

  Cons

  Neat music support breaks their promise to reply to your emails in less than 24 hours. That's terrible customer service.

  Summary

  I would not recommend this software to anyone. Without customer support, software isn't worth buying. If Neat Music Support doesn't want to reply to emails they get from customers that want to know more about their product(s), they might as well not sell anything in the first place.
