  Pros

  Was very easy to use and spelled all the medical words I needed perfectly.

  Cons

  I wish it was free. I don't like to pay for things.

  Summary

  I need a medical speller because I'm a transcriptionist. Looking up medical words was driving me crazy and slowing me down. With MediSpell, all the words are there for me. It is saving me hours of work.

  Pros

  I tested a few of these spellchecking programs and for the price under $30 it was a no brainer. I liked the fact that I was able to use the same button that msoffice uses.

  Cons

  I've been using the spellchecker for a few months now and no cons from what I can see so far. I did have a problem at the beginning when I lost my cd but their support department shipped me a new one as soon as I contacted them. That was helpful.

  Pros

  Once installed I only had to click the speller button. That made it simple. I liked how many medical words it helped me spell.

  Cons

  There was nothing I didn't like. I'm very happy.

  Summary

  It was everything it advertised itself to be. I only wish I would have found it sooner. Some of the spellers I tried were useless. It makes my transcription so much easier and faster. It knew every medical word I tried to spell.
