  Pros

  Great tile sets. Great game varieties (degrees of difficulties.) Score board for each difficulty level. It's an exciting race to beat the clock to clear the tiles.

  Mah Jong Solitaire 2 is the best choice for Mah Jong on the Mac. No other Mah Jong game has this kind of quality and variety in games and tile sets. The default game difficulty and tile set is excellent but for those who choose, there are many variations, Good support from the company/programmer. In my own personal experience it is Snow Leopard compatible,

  Challenging brain teaser. It also provides would-be buyers with a reasonable trial period, Thanks! Your scores can be seen relative to your last performances, but also relative to the performance of others on the web.

  Cons

  1. Some of those web guys have such high performances that they seem not too credible... 2. Game settings really influence how well you can play and are not easy to optimize intuitively.

  Pretty nice choice of tiles, schemes and backgrounds.

  Cons

  Really poor music, even when it's Mozart ! Shadows are too heavy and you don't always notice if two tiles are on the same level or not. You need then to turn le whole set in 3D and but you loose precious seconds !

  Summary

  Better to have a good surface to drive your mouse if you want to make a good time ! ;) Anyway, a good game which just need to improve the little problems indicated above.
