The concept is very useful. The hardware seems great, but impossible to set up.
Cons
All the software. Just impossible to get through all the immensely unfriendly set up process. In addition it is completely buggy OS 10.8.1. I am quite disappointed with this company which does address any of the consumer complaints it receives.
Summary
I hate this so much
jdelly
Pros
still looking for one
Cons
- It won't recognize my remote on my mac. It recognizes it on my PC.
- The trouble shoot gives you 4 options and if you select 'none of these' it drops you back to the main menu.
- Clunky
- Awful
Summary
Two words: TOTAL GARBAGE
MINIBARF
Pros
Absolutely no pros.
Cons
Worst software I've ever used.
Updating my remote on my Mac (OSX) is about a 2 hour process. Buggiest software I've ever used in my 35 years of life.
YA MIGHT WANT TO WORK ON THAT, LOGITECH.
Horrible.
Summary
Crashes constantly, barely logs on, buggy.
Update for Lion needed
ken55
Pros
Works reasonably well
Cons
I need to change some setup but I have lion now and am afraid I will screw it up
Summary
On a complex system, there are always some things you need the OEM remotes for so don't toss them out.
Works like a charm
FunJoey
Pros

panel56
Pros
It seemed to fix my asking for help a lot more....
Cons
I couldn't figure out how to tell if it went in my 880
Summary
Had a pro service come out and they updated it and changed it from small dish to cable and it now works great with my apple TV PS3 big dish and FTA plus my old VCR.No more screw ups when I hit the button
Lifts the TV, turns on entire system
RVing4Joy
Pros
Getting easier to use
Cons
Still has some confusing configurations that take a few tries to get things to work as they should
Summary
Was able to consolidate 4 separate controls into one remote. Yeah!
It really is one remote that replaces all the others..
msw66
Pros
Actually works. Downloaded all the software needed to operate the equipment in my entertainment center - even an obscure subwoofer from Radio Shack that is 12+ years old.
Cons
There's is nothing to mention. Understand that this remote is replacing 3, 4 or more remotes. That means there will be a lot of buttons no matter what, so those buttons might be a bit smaller or more crowded than the ones you are replacing.
Summary
A remote that works and is useable for everyday usage.
My wife can now turn on my system without swearing!
kevfitz
Pros
After setting up the various elements of my system, most everything works (might take a few cycles of the help function).
Cons
Some functions still seem to be missing on my DVD playback and my PS Audio Perfect Wave gear is still an unknown quantity to the unit, but at least you can easily start watching my Dish system without grabbing two or three different remotes.
Summary
Not perfect but it works better than any other integrated remote I've tried and it's easy to set up on your home computer. Bravo. Still looking for a few tweaks to make it work with everything in my system.
fixed a few bugs, still disorganized.
ricktmcc
Pros
Somewhat faster response in loading/editing devices.
Cons
Device controls are presented in a dis-organized manner; fails to turn devices on/off reliable; does not show device options in a coherent manner.
Summary
does eliminate some complexity in my home theatre system (TV, Amp, DVD/VHS, CD, PVR), but should better organize the amplifier/tuners input selection, and other amp/tuner functions.
