Basic program is good but no support

Pros
Great comment sections and fairly easy to add and manuever the contents.
Cons
No support! Unless you are computer savvy it will be difficult to figure out what the instructions mean.
Summary
Just a little more work from the programer and this would be a very nice software program. I guess you get waht you pay for...
Ok for the lower priced level software

Pros
Lower price than the other ones out there, but it feels a little bit like you get what you pay for. Seemed to work ok once you get used to the quirks.
Cons
Confusing interface to work with at first. Maybe the mac users like it better. Had some crashing problems, but in fairness I didn't try to contact their support line to see what was going on. Perhaps being a version 1 software is the issue.
Summary
An ok package for new inspectors, but I would hold out for one of the other packages if you can afford it.
