  Pros

  No pros as I have been able to fully use my purchased product

  Cons

  The product is not usuable. I have written to the organisation on many, many occasions, as when I have attempted to use this product a pop up box asks me for a password and username. Well, this was not given to me. I have asked, but no response.

  Summary

  The idea of having several IP addresses is great. However, as I have stated, it is impossible to contact customer service. I have left many emails with the company informing them of the lack of functionality of using this product, as I was not issued with a user name or password. Thus, the product is futile to me. Overall, I have wasted money on a product which isn't even viable to me... I would avoid this product as customer support is non existent.

  Pros

  It is very good at hiding my IP address and does it all the time

  Cons

  Sometimes it logs on with a different IP address and keeps wanting a USERNAME and PASSWORD - you have to then open it up and tell it that you want to use IP #1 and then it works fine
