Let me open this up by saying that I'm not a programmer. I was a little nervous about purchasing a software package that might require me to use something even as basic as Java. There is a little learning curve, but there's several tutorial videos to get you started. After you get the basic rules down, it's a piece of cake. If you run into a more intricate application, the service is awesome. Just send in a ticket and the project in its saved format and Juan will get back to you, normally within 24 hours. I was paying for Mozenda (at least $99 a month), and I dropped it to go back to this. I ended up buying the lifetime license ($79). For that price, it's irreplaceable. I'm a Helium user for life.
