  I don't even believe this is a legit business. I had the same as above, but was trying to use this service for a one time specific project so I checked the box...NOT ordering a subscription. I could not use the service and just kept being returned to the payment page. NO response from the "support" button and or course NO phone contact or further contact info. for this company. I sent a reply back to the confirmation I got from PayPal to cancel this right away...the same night and the same on the "support" link. Well, I've been billed in both Paypal and bank checking account for this. Now that I have disputed this...I am hearing from this company! Seriously, NOW??

  Summary

  There has to be some level of trust available to use online services....this company is taking full advantage of that and the fact that you CAN'T contact them. Shameful really. I tried the "support" link...I tried reaching the company and paypal both the SAME night when I couldn't use this....now I am hearing from them. It's shocking that they could have contacted me THEN and chose not to. However, although I'd like to give ZERO stars for a clear scam...the one is ok given that the five star review is so darn HILARIOUS. Yes Gidget...you can share your files at "lightning" fast speed and golly...I am even earning an INCOME...just by using gigasize. Seriously? Hire another social media person...this one is a monkey.

  Summary

  I bought a one month access. I got nothing but error messages. I sent Gigasize an email requesting support. I heard nothing from them. I requested a refund via Paypal and got a reply from Gigasize rejecting my request after almost 2 weeks asking if I used same email address as my Paypal account. I replied no (nowhere did Gigasize state I had to). Then I heard nothing from them again until the month was almost up. As principle of matter, I escalated to Paypal dispute and Paypal resolved the issue ruling in my favor. Paypal is great. Gigasize is crap

• Not usable to distribute large files

  Premium subscription: not usable to distribute large files to other users, as they will be pestered by incentives for them to join, then connection issues.

  Summary

  Do not try to use them to distribute one large file (450 MB)!!! Although me, the uploader, purchased the Premium service, this is no use for the people to whom I wished to distribute this file: they must also get the premium service, otherwise their download experience is horrible (advertising, waiting time, connection time). This is not clearly stated in their service description and I therefore consider this as a rip-off.

  I have tried to contact tech support with no answer over the last 5 months. We paid for a year's subscription (stupid!) and got charged, but our account is not working as it should.

  1- Fast uploads and downloads 2 - Great customer support 3 - Premium service is cheap, easy and really fast 4 - Upload you files on forum and actually earn money from all the downlaods you generate

  Cons

  Free users have advertisement, so getting a premium membership is definitively better. At least it's cheap!

  Summary

  I can share, upload and download any size file at lightning fast speed. I have used gigasize.com to send my portfolios to clients, files that are too big for conventional e-mails. I now have a full range of files that I store and host on gigasize, and am able to share them with any user, + I actually earned 100$ last month just because I use Gigasize! I've tried other sites, but they are always so slow, and will never answer my questions. Gigiasize is reliable, friendly, and very competitive in rates and downlaod speed.
