When trying to convert, it displayed a window that said "Purchase is required". And also kept opening a folder view of the PDF location that could not be closed again. I had to use the Windows Task Manager to end the process of this strangely behaving software.

the app prompts you in the beginning of the installation process to install some yahoo gadgets, good thing there is an option to uncheck the boxes. after installation, it installs a program called "PC Pro Cleaner" and it automatically runs after you install the software and begins scanning. plus it creates its in folder in the start menu and desktop icon.

Its a simple process which does not take much working out and did convert a fairly large pdf. manual into word without any trouble. It worked with office 2010 and 2007 without any problems so I'm happy with it.

You have to be very aware of what you are installing as you install this product as it has a substantial number of add on programs which I did not want they are easy to not install but a blind install would not be my recommendation
