Foto Doodle is a photo editing app that provides multiple types of tools to let you create exactly the finished product you have in mind. You can apply filters, add text, and even flip your photo in multiple directions to get the look just right. Then, share them easily via Facebook, Flickr, Twitter, Tumblr, and more.

Foto Doodle has a highly intuitive interface that gives you immediate access to all of its features. When you open the app, the first thing you have to do is select where you want to take the photo from. Options include your camera roll, Facebook, Panoramio, Flickr, or a specific URL. However, the app doesn't necessarily access all of your Facebook photos, but just imports the photos you are tagged in. That's easy enough to get around, though, since you can just tag yourself in any photo you want to later edit with Foto Doodle. When you've selected the picture you want to use, you'll move to the editing screen, which has options across the bottom for Effect, Sketch, Text, and Flip. The Effect tab lets you choose one of 11 different filters, while Sketch lets you draw on the photo. Adding text is straightforward, and there are many options for font, text size, and text color. You can also drag your text to position it wherever you want it to appear.

When you're done editing your photo, you can quickly share it via an assortment of social networks or in an e-mail. This app is free, and it runs well, making it a good choice if you're looking for a new photo app. It doesn't include many of the actual editing features of more powerful photo editing apps, but the features it does have work well.
