Eritrium Help Desk is a part of Eritrium CRM and helps your company to give better support to customers. It can also be used for internal support or IT Departments that need a powerful tool to support users. It provides functionalities like customers and suppliers management, records all the interactions done with customers (interaction records) like phone calls, e-mails, faxes so every communication with them is recorded in the system for a better understanding of how you support customers.

Create and manage trouble tickets for supporting any question, complaint or problem reported by customers, keeping track of the actions done to solve them. It also incorporates a workflow for keeping control of the state of every ticket, who is working on it, how many of them are going to run out of time... because Eritrium CRM allows you to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and it is easy to install, and easy to use.
