Disconnect your printer before trying to install!!

Pros
It works better than what I downloaded from the Dell site.
Cons
Your printer must NOT be connected when you run the program. It starts with an uninstall of your current software. Then let it install. AFTER it's done, connect your printer; otherwise it looks like everything worked but you won't even have the Dell printer folder installed.
Summary
Don't forget the steps and you should be fine. I've had problems with Microsoft update wanting to update the software, but it will stop your printer from running. I just hide the update (XP).
This is a great tool for using your all in one printer.

Cons
The editing app for scanned photo's could be much better.
