  Have used the purchased program for years without problems for Windows XP

  Cons

  Have problems with the old program on Windows 7. Tried to get the advertised free upgrades, but my old registration did not work on the downloaded upgrade. Have not been able to get any response from any of the company's email accounts, and essentially all of the time the messages are returned with "mailbox full." No phone contact or physical address is given.

  Summary

  The company seems to offer no support. Save your money. A number of free and far less expensive programs seem to be equal to Cute CD DVD Burner.

• Trial version is crippleware and not worth the effort

  Pros

  Free - if it is OK with you to play with a severely crippled program.

  Cons

  The trial version is limited to 300MB and will not handle copying a disk. All is crafted to make you buy the full version ASAP. Forget it! I rate the trial program as "poor" since you can't give it a reasonable trial.

  Did the job on double layer buring where a couple others had failed. I like small simply utils. I just want something that will burn and ISO image. It does.

  I bought the full software, but it does not work for cloning DVDs. Tried to contact their 2 e-mails for support but they are full and my e-mail came back. <p> <p>WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

  This software is a lot faster than the free ones and the price is VERY fair . One NEEDS to make 100% sure they are purchasing the correct software though as I messed up there myself, for what they want as i NOTE THE Cute CD burner is for data ONLY although it will burn audio that you can play on your computer ( no where else though ) NEVER FEAR THOUGH . One needs all for one CD burner if they want to burn audio files to CD for their car or elsewhere ... . I made this error BUT it was all straightened out fast and very fairly I might add. The replies I got after emailing the people at Emetrix ( think thats spelled right ?LOL) came almost instantly and remedied everything 100% to my satisfaction . The program(s) I now have are awsome . In fact the data CD's burned so fast I was sure there was an error and a wasted 2 CD 's !!! Imaging my surprise when I found that the data had transfered already ! AND if one only wants their CD's to play on their computer OR to back up audio CD's then Cute will even do that so fast you will think the prog errored!!! The music however will only play on your computer so if you want them to play on all the other players like your car or boombox etc. you need their "all for one cd burner "program which as I said also works like a charm and fast too . Great everything !!! Easy to use ... I would recomend this software AND company to anyone even the pros who are hard to please.... I would give them 5 stars except for the one small thing I mentioned here that was really no problem at all So I rate them at 4 and 1/2 stars ...Mike...

  Possibly just the possibility of misunderstanding the fact that the program " Cute CD burned" is not really for burning CD's for Music or audio .... Unless that is if you only want the CD's to play on your computer? The company however was ( probably still is ) giving any purchaser a free program of equal or less value to their customers so iof that is your case also get the all for one CD burner... as it is possibly the best audio burner CD application I have used in a very long time as it does NOT waste disks as well as it has ALL the bells and whistles all the others have yet it us user frendly too.... Feel free to email me if you has questions I am NOT in any way connected with this company only happy to find such a company yet when so many are ripping off the public these days.... bigmike825 and now that you have my user name I'll say I use AOL so you now know how to email me too ask what ever I can answer you about my experience with these people....

  After a few weeks of owning the full license of this title, I must say I'm deeply disapointed. Key functions doesn't work and builds of frustration that makes you think of it as useless as a whole. <p>First of all, copyrighted material is off limits. I cannot find anywhere that they promise it would be, but this makes it severely less tempting for me <p>Then, there is no way to make an ISO. And I dont mean any ISO, but an exact copy of an existing DVD or CD that you can later mount with Deamon and use <p>Adding files is possible, but if you add 10 at once, there is no way to change places so adding files one by one will be the results if fileorder is important <p>Support is nonexistant, and its only now afterwards Ive found others who have wrote the same <p>The sad thing is that it was finaly Tucows five-pointer that made me go for this title. Now I will have to look elsewhere. <p> <p>Sine Dubio
