We have looked for an solution like this for 9 years that met the flexibility requirements we need. Remote access for our people and freelancers, client access to specific areas, accounting and business analytics. Like any system, what comes out is only as good as what goes in but we are getting a great deal of decision making info out of the system and its focus on best practices are allowing our team to focus on client issues rather than a bunch of process issues. It started as a time tracking and project management system that had added benefits. Those added benefits are beginning to eclipse the others from a top-level business management perspective. We also just added the accounting functions and are ready to begin using as are main accounting system after less than 30 days of set up. I have switched accounting systems in the past and this is excellent. Another aspect of buying it as a service is that it puts a good amount of pressure on the provider to improve the system. Our experience is that they are responsive to requests and criticisms. The Web based aspect has its inherent benefits and draw backs but all in all it is a big win for us!

Its listed once as "Creative Project Manager" and once as "Creative Manager Pro" both at version 6.2. What gives? Just a marketing ploy? Oh and there's also "Infowit Creative Manager" but I cant tell if that's the same or not.

Sounds like something I would like to use, but with that performance -- and for a version 6!!! No thanks.
