Cornerstones4Care Powered by Glooko is a free diabetes management app that can track your blood sugar, medicine, meals and activity all in one place. Cornerstones4Care Powered by Glooko syncs readings from your meter, to make blood sugar tracking easier, and offers educational content on healthy eating and lifestyle choices that can help you better manage your diabetes. Install the app and activate your account to receive a Welcome Kit at no cost that contains the accessories you need to sync your device data to the app.
