Web Editor is a clever coding machine with a flexible workspace designed for both novices and seasoned veterans. Two on-screen code editors and an interactive preview pane keep everything in view while you get to work - and you can arrange them whichever way is most comfortable for you. A wide variety of helpers, tools, and slick tricks are ready to guide you through your next big project. Use multiple cursors, tag matching, block editing, drag-n'-drop coding, search-based editing, and more personalization options than you thought possible. Forgotten the name of an HTML element, or even one of your own CSS classes? Web Editor auto-suggests them for you as you type, keeping tiny typos out of your code that could cause a fatal error. And using a plug-in system, you can add more options whenever you need them, and even create your own. Go ahead, take the HTML-CSS-Preview round trip. Coders with a two-monitor setup will be especially happy: Pop the preview out and put it on your second screen so you can dedicate your main monitor to two related files at once. Once you really get into Web Editor's flexible workspace, you'll wonder how you've ever gotten by without it.
Auto-Suggest (Extremely helpful when your mind gets a little foggy.)
2 on-screen editors at once. (Can update an HTML page and CSS page side by side, simultaneously, and with instant preview)
Cons
None so far.
Summary
Been using Coffee Cup for years on Windows and now that I have a Mac, been looking for something remotely comparable. Look no further. Web Editor for OSX is it!
I've stayed away from web design on Mac due to the lack of software out there. I can't stand Dreamweaver!
Very user-friendly software that allows dual editors and instant preview. Good-bye shuffling through multiple tabs and windows. Very thorough Auto-Suggestion that can input commands as well as classes you've declared. Appears to include some HTML5 and CSS3 declarations as well. It really doesn't get much better than this.
Finally nice to have a web editor I enjoy using on OSX that accommodates the Adobe software I only have for Mac.
Doesn't get any better than this!

Summary
I was so happy to see that CoffeeCup Software had Mac Software. I was a big fan of them when I was on a Windows computer and missed them once I got on a Mac, but not anymore! Honestly their Web Editor software is one of the best out there for Mac! I had to switch from Taco HTML Editor to Web Editor because it's much easier to use, has lots of features and again I can't say enough about Customer Service - they really know how to take care of their customers. Glad to have them in the Mac family!
Long time happy customer!

Pros
I loved this program with Windows and the Mac version is just as great! The interface is easy to navigate through and the tag suggestions are so helpful. The split screen preview is helpful for quickly identifying the code I need. Great support team!
