Manage Customers: Select cash sale, account customer or find an existing customers to allocate to your sales order. Cash Sale is used for 'Quick Sales'. Staff Clock in: Give each of your staff a login (usually a number), from there you can trace their clock in/out times for end of week payment. End of Day Report: Use our end of day report (till balance report) to print a detailed report of what should be in your cash drawer (cash) and on EFTPOS (eftpos, credit card payments) at end of day.

Pros
It's very simple to use. If you add product or customers or you want to setup the homepage. The software comes with products already so you can easily start using within minutes..
Cons
I wish the software had a reset button to start with a fresh database.
Summary
If you have a busy Cafe or a Restaurants, I think you will like this system very much and you won't even need POS training for your staff.. Definitely recommend it.
POS Systems don't get much better than Simply POS!

Pros
The user interface is well designed. The software itself is very easy to use. Very smooth and has a unique modern look. Your staff will love this point of sale software.. You almost don't need to train them on it. It's pretty much click and go. You will love it.
Cons
I was using the old version and now I've updated to version 4.0. One of the cons would have to be the limitation of the free trial. If you contact Simply POS they can upgrade your software for free giving you all features. Quite handy :)

If you have a Cafe or a Restaurant. I highly recommend that you use Simply POS!!

Pros
Easy to install (Self-Install), menu is already created by default, receipt printer layout could be easily changed from the pos options settings. There's also a floor map to view outstanding orders - unpaid. Overall, a great point of sale software for takeaway.
Cons
Trial is only 14 days. Contact simply software to extend your trial.
