Simple Clicker claims to offer users an easier way to click though programs. While it does perform its auto-clicking task, we found this program virtually pointless and, worse, completely unhelpful, even disastrously so.

Its interface, while simple to operate, provides no onscreen navigation and was not particularly intuitive. Its Help file was equally sparse and actually left the program's main functionality undefined. Simple Clicker's interface only features a START and STOP button and a speed slider bar. After some experimenting, we realized this program imitates a user constantly clicking a mouse so that whatever the cursor is over is automatically clicked. Since clicking your mouse isn't really that difficult, it seems the program is designed for use when ordinary mousing isn't possible, such as when disabilities are involved. However, it's too hard for anyone to use. The worst part was when we turned the speed up, it imitated rapid, incessant mouse clicking. It was going so fast we were unable to turn it off and accidentally opened up dozens of programs, documents, and links as our mouse scurried across the screen. We had to manually shut down the computer because Simple Clicker's runaway mouse-clicks rendered it essentially inoperable. The program offers no special features, though a tutorial might have identified some practical uses for this program. Unfortunately, Simple Clicker was one horrific disappointment after another.

Simple Clicker is freeware. It comes as a compressed file. Since its functions are useless and problematic and even potentially damaging, we can't recommend it.

I'm afraid the editor's review just doesn't geddit. This little program is great when you need a million things clicked today and your finger might get tired around click number 407,594 Just run the supplied EXE (no install required), point at the window (or whatever) you want clicked and press F1 to start, F2 to stop. Harvest/plough/sow your fields with ease Feed 500 units of wheat into the mill with 1 keystroke and a few seconds wait. The help file is terse but does specify the control keys. That said, this program isn't perfect. The slider controls the click speed but it's not labelled. Another reviewer said 5-56 clicks per second from left to right - labels and a wider range especially at the slow end would have been nice. Just because the writer can't envisage a use for something that clicks every 10 seconds doesn't mean no one can. A spinner for clicks per second or mS between clicks would let the user set any speed. The other problem is the keyboard controls - F1 is the "HELP!" key - this makes Internet Explorer open a help window, Chrome open a help tab. There are workarounds, but it should not be necessary. Use with care - like a machine gun on continuous fire, this thing pops everything it's pointed at. Keep a finger on F2 so you can stop it. It can do a lot of damage. And use higher speeds with care - too many clicks too fast could easily lock up any computer I think this is a little utillity the author knocked out to suit his own purposes, and decided to share it. It has no frills, but what it does, it does well, and the price is right. If it suits you, go ahead.

Simple interface and works as an auto clicker, start at 5 clicks per second to 65 clicks per second.
Cons
I think the slider is not enough to describe how fast the intervals between the clicks are. I had to manually calculate the min and maximum speeds of clicking 5 and 65 a second. Please include a description of speeds and possibly a wider range.
Summary
If you need a fast clicker between 5-65 clicks per second, go for it. I needed something along the lines of 1 click every 10 seconds. Other than the lack of a larger range for click speed and numeric values for speeds, great program.
