Use a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone for Internet connection.
This software will allow Macintosh customers to use a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone for Internet connection, perform a HotSync operation with a Palm handheld device, and exchange files between two Bluetooth enabled computers.
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Apple is SO CLUELESS. THE killer app for Bluetooth besides wireless connectivity is PRINTING!!! We've had it for THREE YEARS + on Windows machines! In our office all the the high end LaserJets and some Photo-color Inkjets are on Bluetooth and anyone with a PC Notebook, Pocket PC or Palm (with Bluetooth) can print. But any of our PowerMacs, iBooks or PowerBook with Bluetooth? Noooooooo! Just some stupid expensive gimicks like keyboards and a mouse. Totally unnecessary.
Apple you suck and you are your are your own worst enemy in the business and education market!
One improvement detected!

First tests show that I now can hold two connections (virtually) simultaniously to my Siemens S55 mobile. One with Apple AddressBook and the other with Bluetooth Data Exchange (or what ever the english spoken name of this piece of software is). In previous releases I had to disconnect my AddressBook first before trying to exchange data with my mobile.

A much better data exchange integration would be nice. A mobiles ram disk should be mountable like any other network volume. So Ease Of Use only gets 4 stars.

What's the matter with mobile headsets connected to my TiBook?
Works fine...

...connect
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Before installing this update on my Panther G4 laptop, bluetooth worked fine with my Ericsson T39m as mobile dialup in UK. Now T39m dials the same number, yet immediately disconnects. So far I have spent 30 minutes attempting to get it to work. I should have followed "If it ain't broke - don't f*** with it".
half works with Nokia 6310i
