Editors’ Review

Download.com staff
Perfectly serviceable if not quite perfect, Anything's an Icon offers most of the necessary image-editing tools to icon artists. Modify existing icons or create them from scratch using the expected color, font, and drawing functions available here. Some advanced options are missing, such as effects, sharpening and, more significantly, cropping. Icons can be saved in color formats ranging from 16-bit to 24-bit. Occasional icon creators may be satisfied with Anything's an Icon, but pros may need a more powerful option.
