Adobe Photoshop Fix enables users of all skill levels to easily edit photos on iPhone or iPad.
Use photos from multiple sources: In Adobe Photoshop Fix, you can take a picture in app or pull one in from Apple Photos, Creative Cloud, Lightroom, Facebook, or Dropbox.
Tools: Want to change the bridge of your nose or the width of your eyes? Use the Liquify tools -- including Warp, Swell, and Twirl -- to alter your selfies or portraits of friends. Tap Smooth or Sharpen (under the Smooth tab) to diffuse or enhance specific features of your photo, or Lighten and Darken buttons to shed light on or darken any photo areas. Fix imperfections by clicking the surrounding area to absorb a color and then patching it in with your finger. You can also desaturate; color; change exposure, contrast, and saturation; and defocus areas of your photos.
Hands-on intro: The app enables you to test Fix's functionality as you're going through the intro.
Creative Cloud subscription required: Adobe Photoshop Fix requires an Adobe Creative Cloud account. It's free, but it's only worthwhile if you integrate Photoshop and Lightroom through a Creative Cloud subscription, which costs $9.99 per month.
Too many fixes: While Photoshop Fix only includes about 10 percent of Photoshop's myriad features, it's still easy to get lost.
A few features missing: We'd welcome the addition of one-touch fixes, a histogram display, and white-balance correction.
Adobe Photoshop Fix is an excellent little photo-editing app for editing on your mobile device. Just don't get overwhelmed by all of Fix's features.
