"John" the customer service representative told me that this software did a number of things that it actually doesn't do and they charged me $100. When I brought up the fact that this software doesn't perform the duties I needed, "John" kept telling me they will fix the issues and was dragging everything out until he finally told me that The software can't do what I need it to do and they will not be refunding my money.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 23, 2016<p/>"John" the customer service representative told me that this software did a number of things that it actually doesn't do and they charged me $100. When I brought up the fact that this software doesn't perform the duties I needed, "John" kept telling me they will fix the issues. Weeks went by of John telling me to be patient and that everything will be fixed and updated, until one day he told me that the software can't do what I need it to do. I was very disappointed about all of the time I had wasted but was was sure I would get my refund considering the error on their end... Wrong. "John" told me that he would relay my request for a refund 7 different times over a period of several weeks, until he finally told me I would not be getting a refund. I have nothing else to say other than to not deal with this company.
