• Easy to Use but Limited Capabilities

  Generous trial terms, does not convert only part of video or insert ads like others. Super easy to use.

  Limited capabilities such as video formats, no editing, and DVD burn options.

  Summary

  I tried to created a DVD from a half dozen video files but had to use an external program to convert some of them. It was easy to enter the files and create a very basic menu with chapters, which can have multiple files. When I tried to burn DVDs I got repeated write errors, and the error messages were not helpful. Fortunately there is an option to create DVD files only so you can use an external burner. I was able to use Imgburn to successfully burn the files. It turns out that Imgburn needed to run several power calibrations on my burner, probably because the laser was weak or dirty. This is an easy to use program, great for beginners but for me it's not worth the $25 with its limited capabilities when there are much more sophisticated programs for the price. I do applaud the sellers for offering a great trial program.

• Average DVD Burner

  Pros

  Burns media files to playable DVDs.

  Cons

  Only burns 4.7 Gig dvds. Tells you when a DVD-DL is required but does not recognize when such a disk is used. Tech support, only by email, says burning is by a 3rd party component and uses only 4.7 G disks. Nothing so stated in help during trial.

  Summary

  Not worth the money. Free apps work better.

• Ideal DVD Burning Software For No-Nonsense People

  Very smooth and stable. The burn jobs are all good and play even in cheap old TV DVD machines.

  None that I know of yet.

  Summary

  I like this DVD burner better than any other I've used over the past 10 years because it's simply and does the job right every time. Personally I do all my fancy work in my movie editor. All I want from a DVD burner is a copy that looks great and plays well on any TV DVD player. I have a Dell Inspiron 530S (Vista) and this is the 1st true TV DVD burning software I've ever owned that is rock solid stable. I just through my copy of Nero away.

  Every few months i make new CD for my daughter so i need a software to make it i found a lot of options in this software help me to make different CD

  I need a video converter to upload my high quality videos on facebook, didnt find this

• easy to use, forever to create

  Pros

  The setup and navigation of the software was simple, allowing many options for the design of my dvd. Importing pictures and video was a snap.

  Cons

  It didn't read my picture files correctly, showing only the top inch of them and the rest of the picture was flat gray. It took 3 hours to burn a DVD and then I played it, and saw mainly gray for one hour. I am now looking for alternatives.

  Summary

  If you have an older digital camera or use film and get a CD from the store you develop your film, this will work great for you. If you have a new, advanced digital camera, it will not read the files correctly. Other than that, the program works well and is easy to navigate.

  Very easy to use, lots of features, and way cheaper than the competition. I'd pay 200 bucks for a program like this, but i'm glad i don't need to.

  Only that I hadn't heard about it before trying all of the other crap software... thank god for these guys - you can tell the designers of the program really pay attention to the details.

  Summary

  This product is simply the best out there if you need to put together a DVD from your video clips, whether they are from your digital camera or whatever. The menu design system is easy and everything is totally intuitive and user friendly. I love ATP DVD Artist.

  I downloaded this and after it burned my video the video was sped up about 2x. Audio and video was totally out of sync so only use this program if you wanna make expensive coasters.

  Pros

  First off, easy to use. It does its job and it does it well. I needed a DVD made of my little digital camera clips from a wedding so I could show it around, and poof, done! I love this program, and I love the customer support.

  Cons

  None at all. ATP DVD Artist did everything I wanted it to.

  Summary

  I have been looking for some decent software for a long time for this exact purpose - yet any program I try (or sometimes unfortunately buy) always ends up either lacking some extremely necessary features or is simply impossible to use. I have also tried a few of these programs which come bundled with cameras or even Windows, and everything is sub-par. With ATP DVD Artist I could create my DVD with no fuss, made a beautiful menu with a bunch of chapters, and burned the disc all in a small amount of time. I'd recommend it to anyone. Cheers!
