We are the manufacturers of the I-Form strength training machine. The I-Form Fitness app works in conjunction with the I-Form machine. This app gives you over 250 high definition videos enhanced with audio instruction, showing you how to correctly perform each exercise.You can either determine your own workout routine from the exercise library, or you can use our selection of many predetermined workout routines to suit your strength, rehab, to get you ready for your favorite sport, or to keep your body toned. The routines are progressive and will provide variances with time as the user progresses. If your goal is weight loss, overall fitness, conditioning for a particular sport, or development of abs, arms, back, chest, legs, or shoulders, our specialized I-Form routines are available. The I-Form app will record the user's routine including every exercise, the number of reps, sets, weights used, and date and time on our portal.The I-Form machine works every muscle in your body with precise virtual direction equal to a personal trainer or therapist. The machine is fully equipped with cables, simulating free weights and enabling full functional training without the need for personal trainer. Personal trainers are able to use this app to assist them to train multiples clients at the same time.
