The 2016 WanJinShi (WJS) Marathon App utilizes the abSportsfun platform to allow participants and supporters to keep track of and view his/her progress and photos.The 2016 WJS Marathon App includes:1. Participant TrackingLets you know when participants pass checkpoints, including the start line, 5 km waypoints and the finish line. 2. Event PhotosVia abSportsfun, photos of each runner will be amalgamated and tagged so they can be viewed in their entirety immediately after the event. 3. Event InformationThe app is synchronized with the official website of the 2016 WJS Marathon to provide up-to-date information to participants and supporters.Notes:1. To access the services provided by the 2016 WanJinShi Marathon App (App), users must have access to the Internet2. Locations of participants are based on sensor data and not real-time coordinates. Updates are only provided when participants pass the sensor stations at the checkpoints. The App will not indicate the participants location in between checkpoints.3. Participant photos can be found by conducting a search with the bib number. Photos can only be downloaded when the participants ID number (for Taiwan citizens and residents) or passport number (for International participants) are provided.4. Since the results provided on the app are calculated from sensor data, the sole responsibility of revealing the actual results and rankings are with the events organizers. In the case of discrepancies between the Organizers and Apps results, the Organizers results shall prevail.5. Predictions of the results are based on the participants speed when passing each sensor station, and do not factor in changes in speed in-between checkpoints.
