Pros
I have to admit, I was really not looking forward to learning this software when my IT manager purchased it last year. I knew that our old method of typing every form on paper was too time consuming, but it seemed like a bigger hassle to learn how to import stuff and upload a file to the Service Bureau. I almost threw a tantrum in the middle of my office. But I was forced to eat my words once I actually started using the software, because it was so easy. I used their Excel data shell and imported everything, and when I was ready to upload to the Service Bureau, I called their tech support line, and they walked me through the whole thing. I was very impressed, and now I?m relieved that I get to use it again this year.

Pros
One of the most important things for me is the ability to import my information from other accounting systems into my 1099 software. 1099 Pro had the easiest yet most customizable import process. I was able to get my data from all of my different systems in Pro. Also, the ability to print out my forms on plain paper was a life saver, no buying extra confusing forms!
Cons
I use a mac at home and there is no version available for Macintosh.
