The Wt360 app uses weather trends from the past to predict future weather up to a year in advance.
Obviously, you can't expect the app to be terribly accurate at predicting the exact temperature for a date eight months from now. But you can expect it to give you a good general idea of the weather on any given date within the next year. It's a handy tool for anyone planning a major event, like a wedding or birthday.
When you first open up Wt360, the first thing you'll notice is that it's decidedly unattractive. The buttons look like they're from a developer's template, and the layout is unintuitive. Also, the menus are sometimes confusing and often load slowly--particularly those under the Maps and More tabs. As a result, it may take you a few minutes to get your bearings when you first launch the app.
Once you do learn your way around, you won't deny that Wt360 is, in fact, useful (if you believe these projections are accurate). I used it to look up dates several months in advance and get a good idea of the kind of weather to expect. Also, I was able to quickly swipe through other dates to see how the weather might gradually change.
Overall I think Wt360 is worth a look if you often find yourself planning events. That said, I still think the app needs some major improvements to its UI, and zippier performance.
