  Can't found any - can't even get the initial sync to run.

  Company takes 4 days to respond to any request. Don't run on my phone or PC Initial Sync never took

  Find another product, I am ready to report this one to the BBB California and report fraud to MasterCard

  Medium functional on Blackberry

  Cons

  Complete failure on the Android. Sync and Settings result in a black screen. Tech support tells me " We've found that for some reason some devices with Android OS 4.0 have this happen periodically." Still, I'm out the $39

  Summary

  Until markspace solves the problem, I wouldn't waste the hours attempting to resolve it for them. Missing Sync is the only sync application that performs interaction between iCal, Address Book and their proprietary Notebook with any success on the Mac to Blackberry and earlier versions of Android. Too bad it doesn't work with Android OS 4.0 (which fyi was an automatic update)

  Pros

  Syncs WiFi at home while I sleep and now it really works solidly as opposed to some others I've tried. I have a problem with my phone on WiFi at work, but bluetooth sync has worked great instead.

  Cons

  The UI could use some modernization, a little bland and utilitarian. Well I guess it is a utility, but still.

  Summary

  This product, which I was initially a little disappointed with has just gotten more and more solid. Seems like the team is really working to make a better product and it shows.

  Pros

  Syncs all my data and files I needed from my Android phone to my Mac, and was pretty fast.

  Cons

  Would have been more comfortable paying #30, but now see how good it works, another $10 is worth it.

  Summary

  I really like that it syncs over my WiFi, I was worried, but it worked. I recommend if your contacts, calendars, music and photos and videos are valuable to you and if you want sync between your phone and computer.

  Pros

  Syncs all of my vital contacts, meetings, Outlook, music, photos, videos wirelessly and automatically I can also do them with the Bluetooth or a USB.

  Cons

  Honestly cannot think of one; oh, it's not really a con, but make sure to have the latest updates loaded before syncing.

  Summary

  The fact that it syncs my HTC with my Mac so quickly and via the WiFi without me havin to do anything is just amazing to me. My boss was so amazed by it that he bought his own copy for his Motorola phone, especially the latest update fixed some of the issues that people reported above in their comments of the 1.4 version - Mark/Space customer service was really good about making sure I easily and quickly knew how to get the most current updates and they have great gallery and description of the Missing Sync for Android on their website that I recommend checking out to because it gives you lots of great details how much can do with syncing, backing up, storing, transfering and more syncing of your data so it's not all over the place requiring you to waste time trying to manually update and keep all your stuff updated on your phone and computer. That's why I love it so much - the product does all that work for me and everything is always in sync between my HTC and Mac - thanks - finally, someone did it!!

  Does not work seamlessly. Frequently loses sync and you have to overwrite device data. Does not synchronize contacts from device to desktop. Duplicated contacts, but only 95% of them, about 5% are on the desktop but not on the phone

  Summary

  They should give it for free until they can make it work. It is not even by far seamless as the iTunes sync for an iPhone. Definitely poor debugging. When there are issues the phone still shows "sync successful". Clearly not savvy on Android, but I cannot speak for the other platforms, although I cannot fathom why they would have also a version for iOS, which is already way better. They should integrate an engine like funambol to make it a tad more stable. Definitely not worth the price....

  Alot of functionality with this app. In addition to Contacts and Calendar, I am able to sync Media, This version adds Tasks and BookMarks sync. I am syncing with Outlook 2011.

  Supports answer to issues were to send me download links to beta apps that still didn't work, and had different errors.

  Summary

  Still can't sync music, podcasts, movies or playlists. Average response from support is 3 days and that appears to only be true if there is a current beta release to test with. All free solutions at this point work good enough to suffice.

  Pros

  Email support is responsive (through not helpful). Syncing via USB is easy - but that is a native function anyway, so it is not necessarily a plus for this product.

  Cons

  WiFi syncing didn't work on OSX 10.5. Error messages don't explain problems. Update did not work. Server is often down - many functions seem to rely on the server. I don't like that I paid good money for something that doesn't work & isn't fixable.

  Summary

  I had a very bad experience with this product, which I purchased to sync an HTC Android with an iMac running Snow Leopard 10.5, wirelessly. The WiFi functionality was simply not there and generated error after error in data and in the product's error log. Support was quick (personal email responses) but did not resolve the issue or suggest how to. In the end I gave up. I don't use this now and definitely wouldn't recommend it. As a Mac user I expect things to work 'straight out of the box'. This had a convoluted setup process that didn't lead to anything like a functional installation, and even when some elements finally worked in a partial manner (eg bluetooth managed to sync SOME files, others with errors), there were still annoying error messages and attempts to re-sync files that had failed on attempts days before. All up, a waste of good money and a bigger waste of time.

  (a) Tech support is good and responsive (b) Program seems to support many different things - music, contacts, calendar, etc. wirelessly

  (a) Does not work with Windows Live and Outlook 2010 using Outlook Connector for Hotmail.

  Summary

  This program doesn't work with my configuration, which is Windows Live (a premium MSN account that allows SMTP/POP3 access to the Hotmail backend) for mail, calendar and contacts. Because the program actually cracks the PST files that Outlook creates, it doesn't work with the Outlook Connector for Hotmail which creates an OST file. I don't understand why this program doesn't take the approach of the tool I eventually ended up using to get my Outlook data on my Android phone - gSyncIt which just uses the Outlook object model to access the data.
