iMagic Inventory Software

The inventory software I'm looking at is iMagic Inventory by iMagic. It's a fully featured inventory control software package, that takes care of stock, customers, invoices and vendors. Invoices are created by clicking the New Invoice button, you can then select an existing customer or create a new one. Items can then be added to the invoice either with a barcode scanner or by searching for the item by any of the item fields. Stock levels are automatically update, with warnings when stock is low. It's also possible to add "groups" of items if you sell bundles. Customer discounts can be added, while the invoice can be printed using in built designs or custom designs in Microsoft Word. Item's can have any number of fields, either using the in built list or you can create your own. Items can then be searched on any of those fields at a later time. Many built in reports are available under the reports section, and custom reports can be designed in MS Access or any compatible designer. The system starts at $199 and is great value for money, multiple licenses are also available as well as a free trial on the iMagic web site. This system runs on MS Windows XP and above.
