I wasn't sure that iClone was going to be the best solution for me, but having used 3D Max and played with Maya, I was floored by how fast this thing is. Plus, the models I made in 3D Max 8 imported into iClone with NO PROBLEM because Reallusion has a plug-in exporter for 3D Max. It's not going to replace MAX in my toolbox, but I don't think that Reallusion meant to do that. I use iClone for previz and for full animation too when I need to get something visualized quickly. However the features inside this version of iClone are impressive. HDR, Video compositing, Facial Puppeteering... the face animation alone is not just cool and very easy to use... its FUN too. Keep up the good work on this, but please write me a book so I can add it to my 3D library :)

iClone4 is a great product for both both amateur as well as professional filmmakers. Right out of the box, it gives you the tools you need to create a 3D film you'd be proud to show to anyone.
Cons
Mac users won't be happy that this is a Windows-only product.
Summary
For the price, iClone4 is a great value. You get pro features in a highly usable package for a fraction of the price they'd cost you elsewhere. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Pros
Very easy to use. Very flexible and great control of all aspects of show. I produce The Zarbod Show on YouTube with this program.
Cons
Not as powerful as Blender. Blender is great but so hard to use--I don't use it even though it's free. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Summary
Great Program. I use this with the 3DXchange all the time. This allows me to pull from a library of 200,000 objects from the Google 3D Warehouse.
