Version: eXPert PDF Reader 3.5.70
Pros: Works well, reads all of my PDF files and prints them nicely.
Cons: Windows didn't ask to set it as default PDF reader. I just hit browse and selected vspdfreader.exe and it worked and it is free. There is an option in your start button to set this and all programs as default. It's called "Default Programs."
Summary: I wish people would properly review items. This programs specifically says it is a PDF reader and makes no claims to edit so why would you give it a bad score based on it doing exactly what it says it will do. One reviewer even recommended a PDF e... read more >>

"Just what I need a reader that will also print files."
Pros: It is simple to use with no special features but does the job. I have had so many problems with other well known readers that I had almost given up on PDF alltogether. Then I found this, great, and good enough for me.
Cons: None so far, I would not know how to use any thing more complicated.
Summary: Easy to use for any PDF starter, self explanatary buttons and functions. All I wanted to do was view and print my concert tickets and this done the job perfectly.
Will be keeping it to replace all the other utilities that dont work properly on ... read more >> -

Version: eXPert PDF Reader 3.5.70
"Won't rotate image; very limited editing tools"
Pros: Well, it opens PDFs all right... that's really almost all that this reader does, for free. For purchase, there's sister software titles that can do sure-enough editing.
Cons: All I needed was a PDF reader or editor to rotate a PDF image from portrait to landscape orientation. Nothing too demanding. This won't do even that.
Summary: If you want to edit the PDF image/document, look elsewhere. I found a Cool PDF Reader for free that gets the job done, and lets me save the image as a jpg instead.
