Version: eXPert PDF Reader 3.5.70
"ALERT! WILL NOT WORK ON WINDOWS 98"
Pros: No Pros for Windows 98.
Cons: Allows install on Windows but will not run because it expects a newer version of Windows.
Summary: Luckily it lists on the Add/Remove Programs. Otherwise, it would be a nightmare to uninstall.

"Read PDF files fine but had a problem printing"
Pros: Read PDF files fine
Cons: Had a problem printing. It took my print files and moved them to the left cutting off some of the print. There wasn't anyplace to set the margins. It also doesn't have Print Preview.
Summary: If all you want to do is read a PDF this is fine. But you MAY have problems printing PDF documents.

Summary: W98 OS should not have been listed.
Installer should hot have allowed it to install because the program clearly will not run under W98 -

Cons: Windows didn't ask to set it as default PDF reader. I just hit browse and selected vspdfreader.exe and it worked and it is free. There is an option in your start button to set this and all programs as default. It's called "Default Programs."
Summary: I wish people would properly review items. This programs specifically says it is a PDF reader and makes no claims to edit so why would you give it a bad score based on it doing exactly what it says it will do. One reviewer even recommended a PDF e... read more >>
