"Better products, terms and service offered elsewhere."

A visually appealing digital display.

Epublish4me publications might be difficult for some people to use, especially older readers.

In addition, the partner, J., has a terrible telephone manner. He was condescending and basically unfriendly to me, when I requested a refund. While denying me the refund, he could have been pleasant. Instead he talked to me like I was stupid and basically tried to convince me that I was wrong instead of trying to hear what I had to say. It was as if the company motto is not "The customer is always right" but rather "Who cares what the customer thinks?"

The terms of service stipulate no returns--even within 24 hours of purchase. Competitor Joomag, on the other hand, offers a free trial of its comparable high end product.

In addition, Epublish4me indicates that you can embed video when all they allow you to do is use videos from 3rd party sites, like YouTube. Joomag, on the other hand, allows the use of your own videos, uploaded into your publication.

In addition,

Not worth the money even if customer service was better. But given the poor customer service, and the fact that products with more features for less money exists, and that once you pay, you're stuck, I'd look elsewhere before laying out cash for Epublish4me.

Personally, I wish I'd done a better job of doing my homework. Don't make the mistake I did.

P.S. Joomag also offers a customer-friendly 30-day money back guarantee, while, as I said, Epublish4me has an iron-clad no-return policy.

Classy move, J., attack the customer. There is no need for me to continue this review from this point on. Nothing I could possibly say about your behavior could do a better job of illustrating how you treat your customers than you just did all by yourself.
