"Buggy games, no customer support without spending cash."
Version: Zynga
Pros
Zynga at one time had the best casual games online. Castleville used to be a really top-notch game. It had the potential of being unique and interesting.
Cons
Extensive crashing, browser freezes, incomplete loading.
Too graphic heavy for most computer set-ups, even brand new extreme gaming rigs.
Zero customer support without paying large monthly amounts.
Game design and quests are no longer unique, but are reduxes from other Zynga games like Farmville.
Quests are now nauseatingly repetative requiring extraordinary numbers of the same items to be collected or crafted.
Game play cannot be advanced without a hundred or more "neighbors" from whom you are required to beg for necessary items.
The Zynga.com platform is even less stable that the Facebook portal.Summary
Zynga has gotten greedy and has added levels and animated items without making sure the game will run, and it doesn't. If you are lucky enough to get a CS rep, they will blame it on you, your computer, your choice of browser, anything to avoid admitting they are the cause. Players who subscribe to an expensive monthly VIP program or who spend at least $25 a month on "crowns" to buy in-game items are blessed with fairly stable game-play and access to customer support. Those who don't pay a sufficient amount have an almost unplayable game due to crashes, browser freezes, and a malfunctioning inventory. Low-paying, and free gamers no longer receive customer support.

"Nothing but spam, freezes, and ads"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Clever gaming design to suck you in
Advertisers for FBCons
Games freeze at random, no explanation
Game loading inexcusably slow
Too much spam/ads pops/side panels, often interrupting your game
No customer support
Help forums a complete waste of timeSummary
When I first joined Cityville and Frontierville a year ago, they were indeed fun Facebook games.. until 8 mos later when I began noticing they weren't working right anymore (nothing to do with my system).
Discovered very quickly that CS was worthless. Heard from trusted game sources that Zynga doesn't give a hoot...and why should they. They have millions of users on the world's largest SN. They are invincible...so they presume. NOT.
Most games are a complete waste of time. Too many players (mostly former) have littered the forums (and complaint desk). Again, Zynga cares not. If the game doesn't behave, ah well. Sorry! They DO HAVE (enter number) million other "happy" game users that DON'T COMPLAIN!!!! (sarcasm noted) -
"Contrived gameplay"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Lots of users play Zynga games
Cons
Too much spam and poor gameplay.
Summary
Much prefer newer more original games on Facebook such as "Roulette Trillionaire" which is practically spam free and has great gameplay dynamics and gorgeous graphics.

"zynga's vampire wars game is run by cheaters.."
Version: Zynga
Pros
there are no longer any pros.. the game is a scam, people sell the abilities and even the account and zynga turns the other way.. no wonder zynga stocks are doing so poor...
Cons
cheater use fiddler or charles and macros scripts to do there fighting.. which slows the game causing lots of white pages
Summary
cheaters have been reported to zynga over and over along with how they cheated and zynga just ignores it.. Would be mad if I paid $ for something the cheaters get for free... Then there are the bullies, the foul language that so called adults use...

"Use can get your facebook acount locked up"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Seams like fun games at first easy and interective
Cons
Need a workhourse system to run games at higher levels, but hte big one is to complete higher goals you need freinds, unfortunely most of yours don't play, so you sign up off forums. Now problem is facebook does a lockout and ask you to identify, opps
Summary
What seam fun at first will evently slow and crash machine, you have to resort to cleaning out browser cache but sometimes that doesn't help. But the biggest pain is when you get a security lockup from facebook and face book ask :"who is this" and show a picture of someone you do not know. Opps you are now PERMENTALY locked out facebook. Oh you could try helplines, oops facebook lockout catch22 can't get help and zygna no longer answers the line.
I fyou need to get your fill of such games try somethoing fromthe SIMS series at leat they work , don't crash and lock you out from you real frreinds.

Cons
Farmville,Special Forces,Mafi Wars have nothing but LAG, I stopped playing farmville took to long to do anything. M.W did improve. S.F.gets worse each day. S F, you click to go some place it either takes you to a page with nothing or freezes.
Summary
cant exspect much from a free game. The peopel that made them, Just seems like they didnt care about the playes. They hav NOT fixed the Lag problem at all..The game freezing up, Locking up. Just plan Junk.

"A rapidley growing two year old."
Version: Zynga
Pros
I love the idea of free gaming. I'm old school, back from the days when the only great programs where shareware and freeware. The company makes money on advertising and on "micro-transactions", and I've heard it could be worth an estimated 18 billion
Cons
They just don't seem to care about it's costumer base. With unlimited access to new users through the social networking giants, they lack a need for costumer retention or satisfaction. (as of yet anyways)
Summary
I have personally used about seven or eight of their products, and with each one, I have encountered problems with playability, loading, in game monetary items (cash, coins, etc.) When I've voiced complaints, either nothing came of it (I've actually lost real money for virtual goods that where never delivered), or my post in their forums where deleted, and quickly.

"They are #1 and know it"
Version: Zynga
Pros
Fun games (Yoville, Cafe World)
Cons
Very little customer support.
Summary
The games I play are very enjoyable. BUT I am having a problem with a part of one that does not affect the actual playing of the game. Despite multiple contacts to Zynga for help, no resolution to my problem has been found. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game several times per their instructions, submitted several tickets with back up documentation of my problem. From the replies I've received, the customer support staff are not reading my tickets. They only ever suggest the same solution over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over
