Pros
A light little program that introduces users to Tibetan meditative and healing practices. Includes useful links to pursue more information.
Cons
None that I know of.
Summary
A worthy program for those of a meditative bent....a good initial introduction for 'seekers'. I recommend it also for anyone interested in inter-faith knowledge.
