"installed browser toolbars and hard to remove"

The viewer works

After I installed this, a new search toolbar shows up in all my browsers. I immediately uninstalled xmlpad. But the search toolbar is still there.
To remove, go to program and features in control panel and remove "default search". I wonder if anything else is installed without notice.
xmlpad is still in the program and features list and is broken. Uninstalling it results in an error and it cannot be removed from the list.Summary
Someone please install this and verify my observation.
