  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I use this for ages and I love it. Its the best way to control iTunes. Even if it dont appear, like in games, it works. Try doing command-tab with enter while playing a Quake 3 game, music will start/stop. Small bug, the sound command now change computer volume, i'm pretty sure it was doing only iTunes volume before. I wonder if it will work in X.3 ?

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I've used five or six different remote controls for iTunes in the last year, and this blows the socks right off the rest. All it really is is a little preference pane installed into System Preferences, but it's exactly perfect the way it is. When you press the keyboard shortcut (that you can define yourself), up pops a little translucent window with controls and track info. It can be navigated either by clicking on its buttons or with the keyboard, and it disappears as soon as you let go of the trigger keys. It's completely out of the way when I don't want it in front of me but comes up instantly when I need it. And it's stable: in over six months, it's never <i>once</i> frozen or crashed on me. It does <i>exactly</i> what it promises to do, and exactly what I need it to do: switch among iTunes without interrupting my workflow. Genius! <i>And</i> it's free! If you're using iTunes without X-Tunes, you're seriously missing out!
