"Buggy and unstable, only works sometimes"

Pros
When it does work it downloads very quickly and videos can be converted
The quality of the downloaded video can be selectedCons
Doesn't work on most sites, in my experience
Very unstable and freezes and crashes a lot
Used to work with Hulu but now it doesn't
Recently getting endless errors and only downloads about 90 seconds of Hulu videos. There are many free programs (Like Real Player)that can download from You Tube and other sites.Summary
If this program was stable, consistent and updated when needed I would have given it a higher rating but lately it's not even working. As mentioned, it works on very few sites. Sometimes the updates cause even more problems.
I am reviewing the paid version. At the present time, Wondershare, is just asking me to be patient, since reinstalling and going back to the older version have not fixed all the problems and errors. I have used it on Windows XP SP2 and 3 PC and a Windows 7 Ult 64Bit PC.
