From The SZ development :Just put Hotmail.exe into your startup folder. The icon will change to a dude with a red letter if you have unread e-mails. A single click onto the icon opens your Windows Live Hotmail inbox. Windows Live Messenger must be running.

Pros: It's just working.
Cons: You must have Windows Live Messenger running with an @hotmail.com or @live.com email address.

"Does not work. Back to the drawing board and redo."
Pros: Since this program does not work there is nothing to like about it.
Cons: The little blue figures appears but it does not register the fact that I have 12 unread e-mails in my hotmail box. The Red Envelope never appears.
Summary: Seems to be a good idea, if it can be made to work, it takes very little memory. It would be nice if it loaded itself.
