You can also enter your activity points too which will be take into account. Another big plus with the Weight Watchers ProPoints Diary Tracker is the ability to store your favourite foods so that they used again and again without having to type in the same details all the time.

What's new in this version:

If you wish you can now keep track of your weight, age, height & gender using the personal details section along with each food entry. Your details are saved automatically so that you don't have to keep entering them in each time.
Fixed the Regional Date issue, now no matter where you are in the world the date will save correctly.
