  Version: Webcam Timershot 1

  "Seems simple enough to use, nothing fancy."

  Pros: Easy to use and understand, don't know how it will work on-line, haven't tested it yet. For what I wanted, it works surprisingly well and actually allows me to use an Xbox 360 camera as a quicky security cam.

  Cons: I would like a bigger preview picture but considering the camera, this is probably not possible. We're not exactly talking high quality photo lenses so you get what you pay for.

  Version: Webcam Timershot 1

  "doesnot recognize D-Link DSB C110 USB web camera"

  Pros: easy installation

  Cons: Timershot can't "find" my D-Link DSB-C110 webcam ( but the Arcsoft sw that came with that D-Link webcam was able to recognize and use it on Win XP Pro).

  Summary: It doesn't have any search mechanism to find the webcam. Does the Webcam need to be already connected to XP before installing Timershot? Is there any additional documentation for this mini app , e.g. a list of compatiable webcam for XP? Thx.
