Publisher's description
From AstroScan Media :When the Radar Toolkit is launched, if connected to the Internet, you start with the current national radar image. Click on any of nine regional or more than 140 local radar sites to view the local radar. Choose from six different radar images: Composite, Base, Storm Motion, Relative Motion and Precipitation Totals. 3x zoom and pan controls allow you to move around the image.
Controls are also provided to turn on/off the various radar overlays. The program also features current satellite images for the eastern and western United States and the Weather Picture of the Day.
Version 2.1 includes radar looping, 3x zooming, graphical weather forecast, and astronomical data.

Version: Weather Radar Toolkit 2.1
Pros: Would provide radar images if it loaded properly.
Cons: Just about everytime I started the program, I would end up with about 10 error messages and then it would freeze up.
Summary: Could be an exceptional program, but there were so many bugs it was practically useless. I gave it two stars only because it did what it was supposed to twice.
