Publisher's description
From ClaudioSoft :Wave Splitter from Claudiosoft is a freeware utility that allows you to extract a sample from a .wav file without loading it into memory. No matter how big your source wave file is, if you want to sample a part of it, you can do it without wasting RAM. Now you can use a graphical .wav display to select your sample. Other new features: a volume normalization function, HTML Help file and setup program.
Version 2.10 fixes a memory leak while using the graph panel.

Version: Wave Splitter 2.10
"Gets the job done quickly and easily"
Pros: It's a great tool for cutting wav files, I had a 2 hr long wav file and it only took me 45 minutes to have it cut into 20 tracks like I wanted it!
Cons: It would be nice if it measured in seconds instead of milliseconds.

Version: Wave Splitter 2.10
"Great Program (easy easy easy to use)"
Pros: Very simple to cut a .wav file to the size you need. I use it to cut down .wav music to put on my cel phone. Save alot of room in the mem of my phone to have a short ring tone

Pros: Very simple to use. Just mark the cut points using a button while listening to the audio and save the new file. Very nice tool.

Version: Wave Splitter 2.10
"not enough needed functionality"
Pros: Easy-to-use interface
Cons: For me, a WAV sampler wihtout a FADE-IN or FADE-OUT is not really of any use. Typically the pieces of music you'll be sampling will be very loud at the point of the sample and this usually unwanted effect needs to be minimised with a FADE-IN or FADE-OUT. Liked it on first use but uninstalled it 15 mins later.

"Easy file split, Using on Cassette Tracks"
Pros: I save a Cassette as a whole and then use this Program to split the file into songs and name each song. I found it very easy to use. And it is Free
