Wallpaper Slideshow LT lets you create a rotating slideshow with your favorite photos on your computer's desktop. Though it comes with only a couple of sample photos, you can include photos from your hard drive to personalize the application.
Wallpaper Slideshow LT is easy to use, which is a good thing since there is no Help file. But if you need a little guidance, the publisher's Web site has information about the program that users may find helpful. When we installed the program, we chose to put an icon on our Desktop and on our Taskbar. It's a good thing we did both, because the program's controls are only accessible by right-clicking on the Taskbar icon. The Desktop icon only allows you to turn on the program. Once we found the controls, we were able to add some of our own photos into the mix. One of the fun features that Wallpaper Slideshow LT has is the ability to control how often the wallpaper images change. You can change the images every minute or every hour or anything between. You can also access your computer's screensaver controls through Wallpaper Slideshow LT and add your own custom photos there.
Wallpaper Slideshow LT is free, so you can't go wrong with the price. If you're tired of the same boring mountains and lilies that come with Windows' default selection of wallpapers, we recommend you give this program a try.

Pros: It makes a nice change to have a different wallpaper of your own choice. Especially if you're like me and like to change the theme of your computer quite often. You are able to set your choice and remove images that don't look right. (Wrong size).
Cons: None, really.

"Love this and it works on Windows7"
Pros: I have been using this software in my office at work for a year or so I love it.
It allows you to show diffrent pictures on your multiple monitors and allows you to change them at anyrate. The interface is very easy anyone could use it.Cons: There are none it is free

"Easy to install & use - very flexible."
Pros: This program allows you to easily choose a virtually unlimited number of pictures or all pictures in a folder or multiple folders. Easy to install and use and has all the options available any place else.
Cons: The only problem I've found with the program is that if you're doing anything else on the computer and this program is running in the background the picture changes are disruptive and has to be disabled (easily done from the task bar but annoying).
Summary: I've used this program for years but have tried others and still found this the best for my purposes (mostly that I want to change the wallpaper more than 1x per minute). It has the option to stop when the screen saver is running if they could only... read more >>
