Some screens come up distorted to fit the screen when I have selected 'center' as the option.
Summary
Better than default Win7 wallpaper changer - especially at randomizing.
Could not ask for anything more.

Pros
Unlimited wallpapers to select, easy to configure. Will stretch/tile/scale/center. Will change at startup or at selected intervals, in order or randomly.
Cons
I've seen other apps with slightly more functionality, where you can specify individual settings to override global settings for an individual picture, but nothing I ever really used anyway. .5% of you will want more features.
Summary
Best of all, is really free, not a crippled shareware bait n switch loss leader like too much stuff on here. It's really free, it's really easy, its really unlimited. Selects entire directories at a time, manual refresh for new papers. Thumbnails of wallpapers in opened console. Easy to select paper to hang, although difference between the Current and Preview thumbnails/buttons was a little unclear at first. Keyboard shortcuts to advance or regress papers when in tray. Will select 1,2,3,4,5 minutes to change paper, 5 minute intervals thereafter up to 60. Also configures and sets background color. This is just a great, simple app. I don't think I'll ever need another paper changer. Set it and forget it. And no nagging.
Very good soft for me.

You are in complete control of your wallpaper. I set up a folder with all the pretty pictures I've collected, directed Wallpapa to it and set it for five minutes. Every five minutes I have a new scene on my screen. Works equally well with Vista and Windows 7.
