"Finally an upgrade that works"
Version: WLan Driver 802.11n Rel. 4.80.28.7.zip 4.80.28.7
Pros
I upgraded to a release 5 which failed to detect any access points. I was trying to upgrade from Broadcom 802.11n Rel. 4.1 because a suspect networking problem was crashing my computer.
With Rel. 4.8 I was able to detect and connect to the 802.11g radio at 54.0 Mbps. Now it's my NVIDIA motherboard NIC that is suspect.Cons
A seperate fix is required if detection of the 802.11n channel is broken.
Summary
It's the best upgrade from release 4.1. Release 5 don't work.
