Add speech recognition and and text-to-speech capabilities to most software and Web applications.
Add voice command and dictation capabilities to your applications with Voice Tools for Visual Basic, a set of 10 custom controls and library resources. You'll be able to add speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities to most software and Web applications using the Speech API standard for Windows (SMAPI). The Sonar Tool voice-enables all buttons, menu bar items, radio buttons, and check boxes within an application; the Microphone Tool controls and displays the microphone state; while the Volume Meter Tool displays the recording level. The Grammar Tool generates word lists, and the Text to Speech Tool reads selected text.
