Pros
Very light on resources.
Simple and easy to understand interface.
Easy to configure. [Using it for last 10 days]
Ad free unlike connectify and it is free.Cons
Has no option for auto start at start up.
Interface can be improved.Summary
Overall a great free product which is light on system resources and get your job done with minimum fuss. However no provision for auto start at start up is a sure miss for an otherwise good product.

Worked in minutes. Very simple interface. (I am using Windows7.)
Cons
I just installed it. So do not know of cons yet. But currently no-cons.
Summary
Nice software. Limitation: Need to manually reconnect after sleep/restart. No option of start at the start up.
