  Pros

  I mix the sounds to resemble the sound of the waves so when I sleep at night I don't hear the neighbors dog barking. Just like sleeping on a cruise ship with the balcony door open! Also works well for drowning out my husband's snoring!

  Cons

  they could add the sounds of waves that would pretty much complete it!

  Summary

  I was going to by a Spa Sound machine, well I downloaded this program instead.

  Pros

  If you feel stressed, this is the best thing for your toolbox. The sounds are real and the options are incredible.

  Cons

  The only con I can think of that there is only the one version

  This is a wonderful and realistic set of sounds and the customizing possbilities are almost endless. This is one of the best audio simulators I have ever heard at any price and being free makes it even that much better!

  When I attempted to uninstall this piece of junk Ad-Aware's Process Watch blocked it. program files\virtual ambience\uninstal.exe (diagnosis: Malware family: IamBigBrother) => Block

  Pros

  I have used this program before and it's amazing! It sounds real, it's flexible and not really a recognisable loop you ca get bored with. This software is perfect BUT....

  Cons

  Trouble is that now I cannot download it to my laptop from anywhere on the web, including this site. The download page takes ages to load and then it skips to the 'Now you have downloaded this software' page without actually having downloaded.

  Pros

  Almost everything about this program is great. All the noises are wonderful and the fact that you can change the max/min volume and the frequency of some noises makes it that much more realistic.

  Cons

  The only thing I wish was added was an option to save custom settings.

  Pros

  Easy to use interface with quickly adjustable options. Plenty of available sounds and the ability to mix & match to your liking. It definitely takes the attention off of my laptop's fan. Everything feels very real and it won't bother you when minimized to tray.

  Cons

  There can always be more. There is a certain lack of options and sounds, but the necessities are there. Also, some sounds feel a bit too fake at times, but you can always silence the sounds you don't like.

  Pros

  I leave this running almost continually, so each time I walk into my study I'm immersed in a beautiful and natural sonic landscape. You can almost smell the balsam pines and feel the warm breezes.<p>Rock solid, low resource usage, excellent sound quality.

  Cons

  Adding your own audio loops is a little quirky (there's only one loop of ambient music included) but the SFX included are 1st rate . . .
