Result is: www.download4you.com/do.php?print=y&confirm=y&anything=n&url=www%2Ehard%2Dsoft%2Eco%2Eyu%2Faction%2Ephp%3Faffiliate%3Dkostunica%26country%3Ddembelija%26future%3Ddark and this is correct way. If you try to insert URL into another URL without encoding you will lose parameters.
